Nut Free Bakery is a dedicated, nut free bakery that only uses ingredients from facilities that do not process or use peanuts and/or tree nuts. All equipment that contacts our products was purchased new to further reduce the possibility of cross-contamination.
We use only all natural, basic ingredients found in many home kitchens. There are no added preservatives, artificial colors, or artificial flavorings in any of our recipes (unless requested), resulting in the best quality and flavors.
Nut Free Bakery offers several traditional favorites, as well as some gluten free and vegan items. Muffins, breads, and "Homey" special occaision cakes are also available for local pick-up and/or delivery. Please call for fastest response.
Our Gluten-Free (GF) items are made on a dedicated GF mixer using ingredients reserved only for use in our GF recipes. Gluten free baking is completed on designated GF days and packaged prior to beginning any traditional baking. All previously cleaned equipment is re-washed immediately prior to any GF Baking to further reduce contamination from air-born contaminants. Please keep in mind that Nut Free Bakery does use wheat and other gluten containing items on a regular basis so gluten/wheat contamination is possible.
Our Egg-Free (EF) items are mixed on a designated EF mixer and baked in designated EF pans. Bowls and spoons are shared with egg containing recipes.
